The female of an unnamed species of peacock spider (Maratus sp.) is evaluating her surroundings for a suitable place to jump to. When she finally makes up her mind she attaches a thread of silk to the branch she is jumping off from. That silken thread can be seen at the end. It would be interesting to find out what thoughts go through her head.
